Every year, Maison Signouret sells more than 800 of them. Its chocolate Christmas tree—eagerly anticipated by chocolate lovers—will take on a new shape for Christmas 2026, and the complete collection will be available starting in mid-November at the Marseille boutique, located at 201 rue d’Endoume. These chocolates are made in the workshop in Gap (Hautes-Alpes), where Anne-Lise Signouret founded her company in 2014. Fifteen employees work there today, and the chocolatier now has four boutiques: Gap, Grenoble, Aix-en-Provence, and Marseille.
A Christmas tree designed for the table
The new Christmas tree is crafted from a mold designed specifically for the brand, following several months of collaboration with a designer. Design, dimensions, weight, and packaging: every detail has been carefully considered to balance aesthetics, manufacturing constraints, and the pleasure of tasting.

Its branches come in dark, milk, and blond chocolate, featuring cranberries, coconut, coffee beans, caramelized almonds, hazelnuts, or crunchy pearls. Each branch offers a different combination of flavors and textures, making it the perfect centerpiece for a holiday table.
Good to know: The 535-gram Christmas tree is priced at €59.90. The 280-gram Christmas assortment box is priced at €29.90 (suggested retail prices).
A Gourmet Christmas from Maison Signouret
Orange, this season’s new flavor. The orange ganache was created in response to customer requests. After several trials over the summer, Anne-Lise Signouret settled on a high-quality orange paste made from carefully candied and ground orange peel. Combined with dark chocolate, it creates a melt-in-your-mouth texture that balances sweetness with a hint of bitterness. The same ingredient now features in the orange chocolate bar, whose recipe has been revised to preserve its melt-in-your-mouth quality.

Advent calendars, chocolate wrappers, and assortments. The collection also includes an Advent calendar filled with animals and playful characters, as well as chocolate wrappers filled with homemade pralines and a Christmas assortment featuring the chocolatier’s specialties.
Where to find them: in Marseille at 201 rue d’Endoume, as well as in Gap, Grenoble, and Aix-en-Provence (19 rue Mignet). Orders and deliveries are handled through the brand’s website.
