Behind the bar, bartenders shake cocktails, delicately place a slice of pineapple on a reimagined piña colada, and craft each drink with precision and passion. With a menu that highlights seasonal flavors, the Bar dans les Arbres offers creations made with fresh fruit, aromatic herbs, and summer ingredients.
One of the unique features of the place is the cultivation of numerous plants right on the estate. These are then processed and transformed into various forms: cocktails, liqueurs, infusions, bitters, and even homemade herbal teas. An artisanal approach that makes all the difference.

The Tropical Negroni, with its sweet aromas of pineapple and banana, cleverly combines the flavors of amber rum with red vermouth. Meanwhile, Le Petit Aubagnais blends the richness of Marseille Ratafia with the character of Toussaint Blaize’s Elixir du Suédois.
