It’s the July event not to be missed. To mark their 10th anniversary, the “Les Jardins Suspendus” collective celebrated with an unforgettable evening in one of Marseilles’ favorite parks. We tell you all about it!
10 years of love at the Palais Longchamp
It’s a Marseille tradition. Every summer, the Jardins Suspendus (Hanging Gardens) get Marseillais dancing in some of the city’s most unusual locations… for 10 years already! To celebrate their anniversary in style, the collective has pulled out all the stops this year, taking over Parc Longchamp for a two-day house and techno festival on July 20 and 21.
The 2024 Program
Program for electronic music fans : Chris Stussy, Janeret and Oyster Catcher on Saturday, July 20 from 7pm to 1am, and Palms Trax and Oyster Catcher again on Sunday, July 21 from 4pm to 11pm.
Because dancing in the sun makes you thirsty, the festival has thought of everything and invites you to sample an excellent organic wine, cocktails and a food corner with cheeses and pizzas, signed La Meulerie and L’eau à la bouche. And if you’d like to take advantage of the opportunity to do a little shopping, there’s also a “creators and market” area! Tickets cost €25.99 for a day pass and €45.99 for a 2-day pass.
“Marseille is grandiose, its diversity awe-inspiring. It is boundless, and in its image we are committed to passing on and reviving its history, to writing a new chapter so that it lives on in the memory of all.” adds the festival. So, are you ready to make history?
Admission is by pre-sale only, so remember to reserve your tickets.
