The Art of The Brick exhibition, conceived by American artist and ex-lawyer-turned-artist Nathan Sawaya, transforms over a million LEGO® bricks into more than 100 stunning works of art. These include 3D reinterpretations of iconic masterpieces such as Klimt’s “The Kiss”, Michelangelo’s “The David”, Van Gogh’s “Starry Night” and Munch’s “The Scream”. Already a success in France (Paris, Bordeaux) and internationally, the exhibition is set to appeal to Marseille’s art lovers from June 5 in the former Snipes store, right on rue Saint-Férreol. Tickets are now available.

In addition to the great masterpieces mentioned above, the exhibition also features impressive original pieces, such as a six-meter-long T-Rex dinosaur, realistic musical instruments and a reproduction of the north rose window of Chartres Cathedral. A gallery of 250 three-dimensional skulls completes this unique artistic experience, set in a truly atypical location: the former Snipes store premises.
A veritable phenomenon in the art world for its spectacular and innovative dimension, with over 10 million visitors worldwide, “The Art of the Brick” is recognized as one of the must-see exhibitions by CNN. One of the reasons for this success is its universal, intergenerational format, which is sure to appeal to young and old alike. Don’t miss this opportunity to discover art from a new angle, thanks to the famous LEGO® bricks. In the meantime, it’s time to get out your box!
