The venue is the Cercle des Nageurs in Marseille, where the Air France pop-up restaurant is making a stop after several successful editions on the rooftop of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann and at the Palais de Tokyo. In this exceptional setting, with its breathtaking view, you’ll already feel yourself drifting away, as if flying over the Mediterranean Sea. A different way to enjoythe Business Class dining experience…without even leaving the ground!
When it comes to the menu, Air France has called on the very best. At the helm are Michelin-starred chef Régis Marcon and pastry chef Nina Métayer, named the world’s best pastry chef in 2024. The wine selection is curated by Xavier Thuizat, France’s best sommelier of 2022 .

The culinary experience begins with a “Business Quintessence” cocktail, created by mixologist Matthias Giroud, or a glass of champagne. The journey then continues on your plate with a gourmet tour of France: duck lasagna, salmon and shrimp royale, veal with risotto and morel mushroom sauce, or ratatouille cake with basil. The meal concludes on a high note with a lemon-verbena dessert or a crunchy hazelnut-caramel treat. These refined options are enhanced by an exclusive selection of wines and champagnes.
